Very helpful for basics. Quick and easy to use.

This should really have noun gender.

This app does a great job supporting a non-Italian speaker on a two week trip to Italy. Easy translation both ways. There have only been 3 or 4 words it didnt know. Tip: search for part of a word or phrase to see phrases in which it is used.

Has a fairly large database of vocabulary, but there is NO guide to pronunciation and for $3.99 the voice should be included with the app, not extra!

Voice should be included with the app. Uses google for phrase translation, the most useful part of the app. Does not include a single feature you cant get online for free. Do not buy.

Missing some words but good overall. Worth buying for when you cant get online.

I use it often and its pretty good. The lists of phrases are very helpful. If the list of words was more complete Id rate it a 5.

I purchased this app right before leaving for two weeks in Italy. My intent was to use it for simple tasks such helping to read menus and signs. It was incredible how few Italian words this app actually identified. It was just short of totally useless. I now wish I had spent a few more dollars and purchased a real, full-featured dictionary that would have helped me. When I look at all the money I spent on my trip, the additional expense would have been negligible.

Easy to use, but only supplied 80-90% of the words I looked for. Features work pretty well...

One of the best I have used. It is fast and generally accurate. Would recommend it for general use.

I like this app and use it often, especially to check pronunciation. Id like to see it expanded to include more words, and this is why I deducted a star.

I found this in the app store about a month ago and reach for it all the time while doing homework, or if Im randomly thinking of a word in English and want to know what it is in Italian. Worth every penny!

Not a full scale app with configuration but very useful in class especially since no Internet connectivity is needed

Paid extra for the audio and it doesnt work on the iPad 3. Dictionary is decent though.

Adequate for travelers but would be great if it had gender and expanded vocabulary.

Pretty good dictionary if paired with a conjugator. Phrases are limited.
